Entirely online, with live and recorded sessions.
You might be here if…
You've achieved a lot professionally but feel disconnected from yourself.
You're feeling pulled between meaningful work and the exhaustion of giving so much of yourself to it.
You've been carrying a lot for a long time, and you’re realizing that constantly pushing through may be costing you more than you want it to.
You're sensing that something is ready to change, even if you can't quite name what it is yet.
You're noticing that what once worked for you no longer fits, and you're beginning to wonder what’s next.
You're craving more space to think, breathe, and reconnect with what you want, not just what everyone else needs from you.
The Questions at the Heart of Renewal Circle
What if meaningful work didn't have to come at the expense of your wellbeing, relationships, or life outside of work?
What if the next chapter of your life and leadership felt more sustainable, joyful, and true to how you want to live and lead now?
Perhaps you’re wondering:
Can I keep doing this the way I have been?
What do I actually want now?
What does success mean to me now?
Renewal Circle was created for leaders who want both: meaningful impact and a meaningful life.
Why This Work Matters to Me
Before becoming a coach, I spent a decade as Executive Director of a nonprofit and later supported organizations navigating growth, change, and complex challenges. I know what it's like to hold significant responsibility, care deeply about your work, and wonder how to sustain yourself in the process.
Today, I support leaders navigating leadership challenges, change, and transitions. Together, we explore more sustainable ways of showing up in work and life without losing yourself along the way.
This work is deeply personal to me because I've lived it too.
I reached a point where I realized I wanted something different for my next chapter. I still cared deeply about my work, but I had become disconnected from myself—so focused on responsibilities, expectations, and supporting others that I had stopped noticing what I needed, wanted, and longed for too.
I wasn't looking to walk away from meaningful work. I was looking for more space, more joy, and a way of living and leading that reflected who I was becoming—not just who I had been.
Renewal Circle is the kind of support I wish I'd had.

Inside Renewal Circle
-
Six 60-minute sessions, scheduled based on your availability
Personalized coaching to help you navigate challenges in real time, make clearer decisions, explore what's next, and take meaningful action. We'll begin with an initial session focused on exploring your strengths and clarifying your goals for the experience. From there, sessions are spaced throughout the six months based on your needs, schedule, and when additional support will be most helpful. -
75–90 minutes, typically held during the workday
A monthly session combining learning, reflection, and group coaching. We'll explore practical tools and insights from positive psychology, leadership, and the science of sustainable change. Members are invited to bring real-life challenges, questions, and opportunities for reflection, support, and connection. (Attend live or access the recording.) -
~45 minutes, weekday evenings
Twice-monthly sessions designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and replenish. These sessions include sound baths, restorative yoga, gentle yoga, guided meditation, reflective practices, and seasonal wellbeing wisdom inspired by Ayurveda. Together, these practices support rest, reflection, nervous system regulation, and a more sustainable way of living and leading. (no yoga or meditation experience required - attend live or access the recording.) -
Throughout the experience, you'll engage with strengths-based assessments, reflection exercises, and evidence-based coaching frameworks designed to deepen self-awareness, clarify priorities, and help you move forward with greater clarity and intention.
These include tools from positive psychology and leadership development, such as the VIA Character Strengths assessment, Reflected Best Self Exercise, Appreciative Inquiry, and other evidence-based practices selected to support your growth.
-
One of the most powerful parts of Renewal Circle is the opportunity to be in community with other purpose-driven leaders who are asking similar questions about work, life, leadership, and what comes next. You'll have access to Renewal Circle's private community space for connection, support, and honest conversation between sessions because we aren't meant to do this alone. It's a place to celebrate wins, work through challenges, and support one another as you put what you're discovering into practice.
What Begins to Shift
Leaving work at the end of the day without mentally replaying conversations, decisions, and unfinished tasks all evening.
No longer feeling responsible for every email, every problem, or carrying everything on your own.
Taking a day off, a long weekend, or a vacation without feeling guilty or needing to stay connected the entire time.
Feeling more like yourself again; having enough energy at the end of the day to go for a walk, eat a real dinner, spend time with people you love, or do what fills you up.
Having people in your corner who celebrate your growth, offer perspective, and encourage you along the way.
Creating a life and leadership style that reflects who you're becoming—not who you were 10 years ago.
Moving forward with greater clarity and confidence—whether that means redefining success where you are or turning "someday" into something real.

Renewal Circle is for thoughtful, purpose-driven leaders who feel successful on paper but know something is shifting beneath the surface.
You may be questioning old definitions of success, craving more space and joy in your life, exploring what's next, or simply sensing that the way you've been living and leading no longer fits in quite the same way.
Participants often include nonprofit and social impact leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, people managers, and other leaders who have built meaningful lives and careers and are exploring how they want to live and lead in this next chapter.
Some arrive feeling called toward a new chapter. Others want to explore and redefine success within work they still find deeply meaningful. And some join with a sense that something about the way they've been living and leading is asking for deeper attention—even if they can't yet name exactly what that is or what may need to shift.
You don't need to have all the answers before you begin. Renewal Circle offers the support to help you discern and take action on what comes next with greater clarity and confidence.
-
Absolutely.
Renewal Circle isn't about stepping away from meaningful work or ambition. It's about creating a more intentional and sustainable relationship with both.
Many participants care deeply about their work, leadership, and the impact they want to make. Some are exploring a new chapter. Others are finding new ways to sustain and deepen their relationship with work they still love.
You may find yourself thinking:
I feel restless.
I'm questioning things.
I still love my work, but something isn't working.
I don't want to wake up in ten years and realize I wasn't paying attention to what mattered.
I want support figuring this out.
Often, what begins to shift isn't ambition itself. It's how people define success, where they invest their energy, and what they want their lives to feel like alongside their work.
You don't have to abandon your ambition. You may simply discover that the way you've been pursuing success isn't the only way.
Renewal Circle offers space to reconnect with what matters most to you now—and to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
-
That's incredibly common. Many leaders have spent years focused on what needs to get done and who needs them. It can feel unfamiliar—or even uncomfortable—to create space for reflection, rest, or questions about what you want in this next chapter.
Renewal Circle isn't about forcing people to slow down. It's about creating opportunities to notice what has been running on autopilot and make more intentional choices about how you want to live and lead.
Many participants find that what feels uncomfortable at first gradually becomes a source of clarity, energy, and renewal.
-
Imagine gathering each month with people who understand what it means to care deeply about their work, relationships, and the responsibilities they carry—people who can celebrate your wins, normalize the questions you're holding, and help you uncover new perspectives through the stories they share.
Participants range from nonprofit and social impact leaders to entrepreneurs, executives, people managers, and others balancing meaningful work with the many responsibilities and priorities that shape full lives.
Some may be exploring a new chapter. Others may be finding new ways to sustain and deepen their relationship with work they still love. What they share is a desire to create lives and leadership styles that reflect who they are becoming—not just who they've been.
Because meaningful change is often easier to navigate in community, Renewal Circle is intentionally designed to foster genuine connection, thoughtful conversation, and the opportunity to learn from others who are asking many of the same questions.
-
Yes, this will be the inaugural Renewal Circle! While this specific experience is new, it brings together practices and approaches I've been using for years through 1:1 coaching, restorative yoga and sound healing, workshops and retreats, and group leadership programs for leaders across nonprofit and community settings. Renewal Circle thoughtfully integrates these experiences to support leaders navigating meaningful shifts in life and leadership.
-
Many people begin feeling curious, drawn to the experience, or simply aware that something in their life or leadership is ready for deeper attention or change.
You don't need to have everything figured out before joining. In fact, many participants arrive knowing only that something about the way they've been living, working, or leading no longer fits in quite the same way.
You're welcome to apply directly or schedule a conversation to explore whether Renewal Circle feels like the right support for this next chapter.
-
The experience is designed to support your life, not add pressure to it.
Most months include one 60-minute 1:1 coaching session, one 75-90 minute group learning + coaching session, and two ~45 minute restorative or renewal sessions. Group sessions and restorative practices are held live and are recorded, and you're encouraged to engage in ways that feel realistic and sustainable for your life.
You don't need to do everything perfectly to benefit. Renewal Circle is designed to meet you where you are.
Many participants find that the time they invest creates more clarity, energy, and intention in the rest of their work and life.
-
If you're thinking, "This sounds wonderful, but I literally cannot fit one more thing into my life," you're not alone.
Renewal Circle isn't designed to add more to your plate. It's designed to help you stop carrying it all alone.
Rather than asking you to do more, the experience creates space to step back, hear yourself think, reconnect with what matters most, and make intentional decisions about how you want to live and lead in this next chapter.
Many participants find that what initially may have felt like "one more thing" quickly becomes the thing that helps everything else feel more manageable.
-
Many organizations offer professional development funds, leadership development budgets, or wellness benefits that may be used toward Renewal Circle. I'm happy to provide an invoice or any information that would be helpful as you explore options.
If your organization isn't able to fund the full program, many employers are able to use professional development funds specifically for executive coaching. In those cases, I'm happy to provide a separate invoice for the executive coaching component, with the remaining balance paid individually. -
Payment plans are available, and I reserve a limited number of partial scholarship spaces in each cohort. If Renewal Circle feels like the right fit and finances are the primary barrier, I welcome a conversation. Together, we can explore what might make participation possible.
