Hi, I’m Eloise!

I support purpose-driven people in navigating meaningful change with greater clarity, calm, and ease through coaching, restorative practices, and reflective spaces for growth and renewal.

Prior to becoming a coach, I ran a nonprofit for a decade, where as Executive Director I more than tripled revenue and helped build programs that received national acclaim. I’ve also led supplemental educational services across 18 DC schools and worked in environmental sustainability.

I have an MBA in Nonprofit Management from Boston University, a BA in Peace and Justice Studies from Tufts University, and training in Conflict Management, Negotiation, and Mediation through the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.

My work is informed by Positive Psychology, leadership development, and my own experience navigating burnout as a nonprofit leader. I am also a yoga teacher and sound healing practitioner, offering restorative practices designed to support deep relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and move forward in a more grounded and sustainable way.
