Hi, I’m Eloise!
Drawing from positive psychology, coaching, restorative practices, and my background in leadership and the nonprofit sector, I support people in navigating meaningful change with greater clarity, calm, and ease.
Prior to becoming a coach, I ran a successful nonprofit for a decade, and as Executive Director, more than tripled revenue and built out programs receiving national acclaim. I’ve also run supplemental educational services at 18 DC schools, and worked in the environmental sustainability field. I have an MBA from Boston University and a BA in Peace and Justice Studies from Tufts University. I’m trained in Conflict Management, Negotiation, and Mediation through the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.
My coaching draws upon my business and nonprofit experience, my education, and my expertise in Positive Psychology, a research-based branch of psychology that studies the art of thriving, resiliency, and the causes of happiness and success.
I am also a yoga teacher and sound healing practitioner. After experiencing burnout as a nonprofit leader, I now offer the holistic practices that have been most supportive and healing for me: softer, gentler yoga and meditative practices, including restorative yoga and sound baths. These practices are an invitation to move at a softer pace, release tension, and restore.
